Gameplay
What ages is the game for?
Ages 14+. Younger players can join with adult help.
How many players?
Best with 2–4 players or teams.
How long does a game take?
Most games run 30–60 minutes.
Is this more trivia or strategy?
Both. You win with knowledge, timing, and smart objections.
Do I need a law background?
No. You learn as you play.
How do objections work?
After an answer is given, opponents can call “Objection!” If the objection is right, the case swings.
Can I object every turn?
Yes, but wrong objections have consequences. Use them wisely.
What happens if I object and I’m wrong?
You take the penalty listed in the rules.
What if we disagree on the correct answer?
Use the answer sheet. If you still can’t agree, the Judge makes the call.
Who is the Judge?
Preferably, this is a spectator that is not playing the game. Otherwise players will take turns consulting the answer sheet
Can I play without Recess or Judge’s Chamber?
Yes. Skip those spaces for a faster game.

Yes, they’re inspired by real concepts and common legal rules.
Does law vary by state?
Yes. Some questions cover general principles. Explanations will note when a rule changes by state.
Is this legal advice?
No. This is a game for entertainment and learning.
